We smoke our products using Oak & Applewood to give it that rich sweet smokey flavour. It may come as a surprise to come that most smoke bacon you buy in the supermarket isn't really smoked it's just flavour Our bacon is cured with my blend of sea salt sugar and natural spices then smoked using oak and fruit wood to give it a sweet smoky flavour. You can actually see how lean our bacon is and you'll be amazed at how little it shrinks and the taste is unforgettable.
